Adobe Photoshop CS5 Brush Problem

Here is a quick tip if you are experiencing a problem while trying to increase brush size in Adobe Photoshop CS5: update your video card. While playing with the trial version of that (fantastic!) program I began to lose parts of my brush when I increased it beyond a small sized diameter. I researched the problem on line and tried a solution I found in the dpreview forums. Determine your video card (via Control Panel, System, Hardware, Manage devices, Display adapters if on a PC), then go to the net and the home page of your card’s manufacturer. Look for downloads/updates of that driver and follow the installation directions on their site. Forum participants indicated it worked for them and it worked flawlessly for me (with an NVIDEA card).

Try CS5; you’ll be impressed. And if you experience a brush problem, don’t fret. You already know the solution.
