Canon is out with a pre-PMA announcement on an update to their popular Rebel line. The latest is dubbed the Rebel T2i. It appears built on the fabulous Canon 7D. For a glimpse at a pre-production model visit dp Review this morning [link].
Scott Kelby shot the Super Bowl yesterday from the stands and just barely got his Nikon telephoto lens into the stadium past security. That’s right … Security. The NFL and many major league venues now do not allow long lenses into the stadiums (I guess to protect against you taking some fabulous shot that the team won’t make money from). Tonight at 7 pm the Portrait Focus Group of the Bloomington Photography Club meets at Kip May’s studio to plan out the agenda for 2010.
